Coating Line Operator (Creeler) $17.00-$19.00/hr

The Coating Line Operator is responsible for starting, stopping, cleaning, and maintaining the Coating Machine while ensuring that high-quality coated yarn is produced.

  • Safely operate PVC coating line and maintain in good operating condition.
  • Thread lines and remove/replace yarn bobbins/packages.
  • Monitor plastisol flow and perform change-over.
  • Complete daily checklist, maintain cleanliness and safety of the area.
  • Required general manufacturing experience: 1 – 2 years
  • Starting pay range: $17.00 / hr Days; $19.00 / hr Nights

Weaver $17.00-$19.00/ hr.

Job Duties:

  • Safely operate and monitor loom production per fabric style and yarn style.
  • Ensure that looms are in good operating condition by periodically cycling/inspecting looms to detect any weaving defects. Work closely with the Loom Technician.
  • Repair any weft/warp ends and restart looms without weaving defects.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the area.
  • Required general manufacturing experience: 1 – 2 years
  • Starting pay range: $17.00 / hr Days; $19.00 / hr Nights

Material Handler / Packer $17.00-$19.00/ hr.

Job Duties:

  • Safely package, scan and put-away of finished products in warehouse locations.
  • Locate, scan, and move raw materials and supplies to job areas.
  • Maintain material handling equipment with pre-shift inspection and safe operation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the area.
  • Required general manufacturing experience: 1 – 2 years
  • Starting pay range: $17.00 / hr Days; $19.00 / hr Nights

Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of order processing for a predefined assignment of Customers, monitoring open or back orders, communicating any changes or updates directly to the Customer or Sales Manager, working closely with quality, planning and the warehouse departments, establishing relationships with Customers, monitoring online web chats and all inbound phone calls. Customer Support Specialist will report directly to the Sr. Customer Experience Manager. The normal work hours for this position are 40 hours per week, beginning daily at 8:00 am.

What you'll do

  • Efficiently process and fulfill incoming customer purchase orders, monitor backorders, reserve products, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely shipments.
  • Manage customer inquiries via webpage chat, phone calls, and emails, providing accurate product information and technical assistance based on customer needs.
  • Enter orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX and utilize Excel for tracking production, backorders, customer inventories, and generating reports using pivot tables and dashboards.
  • Maintain knowledge of shipping workflows, including LTL freight, bills of lading, and packing slips, and communicate accurate shipping instructions to the warehouse.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and make suitable product recommendations or substitutions based on customer needs.
  • Understand customer business processes and suggest improvements, such as forecasting, stocking programs, and staged shipments.
  • Assist in resolving customer conflicts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by learning new products, applications, and industry trends, participating in relevant training opportunities.
  • Work closely with other departments, including quality, planning, and warehouse teams, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and meet customer requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sr. Customer Experience Manager.

Who you are

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Must be a motivated Self-Starter with a technical understanding
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, including but not limited to, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite of Applications and MS Office 365.
  • Excellent organization skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Good math skills
  • Able to focus in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and solicit the assistance of other personnel when needed.
