Loom Tech

Loom Tech Floater

Mixer
•Safely prepares liquid PVC batches by weighing and measuring chemical ingredient. •Mix and stir pigments and weigh batch components per formulation sheet. •Operate material handling equipment, clean mixing equipment, perform quality control checks. •Maintain cleanliness and safety of the area. •Required general manufacturing experience: 1 – 2 years •Starting pay range: $16.00 / hr Days; $18.00 / hr Nights
Tie-in Operator
•Safely feed yarn into looms and clean the looms before loading the yarn beam. •Frame and lease the tying machine and operate the machine to tie the ends. •Pull yarn through headers and reeds and repair any broken ends. •Maintain cleanliness and safety of the area. •Required general manufacturing experience: 1 – 2 years •Starting pay range: $16.52 / hr Days; $18.52 / hr Nights
Weaver
•Safely operate and monitor loom production per fabric style and yarn style. •Ensure that looms are in good operating condition by periodically cycling/inspecting looms to detect any weaving defects. Work closely with the Loom Technician. •Repair any weft/warp ends and restart looms without weaving defects. • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the area. •Required general manufacturing experience: 1 – 2 years •Starting pay range: $16.00 / hr Days; $18.00 / hr Nights
Weaver Floater
•Safely operate and monitor loom production per fabric style and yarn style. •Ensure that looms are in good operating condition by periodically cycling/inspecting looms to detect any weaving defects. Distribution / Logistics
Fabric Inspector
•Safely load fabric onto the inspection frame. •Verify fabric style, width, and color to cut ticket in computer. •Inspect and package finished fabric – identify and mark all defects and enter in the computer system. •Maintain cleanliness and safety of the area. •Required general manufacturing experience: 1 – 2 years •Starting pay range: $16.52 / hr Days; $18.52 / hr Nights
Material Handler / Packer
•Safely package, scan and put-away of finished products in warehouse locations. •Locate, scan, and move raw materials and supplies to job areas. •Maintain material handling equipment with pre-shift inspection and safe operation. •Maintain cleanliness and safety of the area. •Required general manufacturing experience: 1 – 2 years •Starting pay range: $16.00 / hr Days; $18.00 / hr Nights

General Information
  • Physical Demands: *Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Working conditions: Climate-controlled facility.
  • Hours of work: 12 hour rotating shifts. Overtime may be required.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 (limited time only).
