“In 2017, I saw a suspicious guy on Highway 9 during my lunch break. Later that day, I saw an article about a possible murderer in the area. I reported it, and it turned out he was a double homicide suspect who fled from Massachusetts.”
When he is not at work, Chad enjoys listening to music, watching sports, and spending time with friends. He is also a fan of Stephen King, especially Different Seasons.
His approach to customer service is rooted in three key principles:

Whether she’s spending time with her grandbabies, reading a good book, heading to a race, or catching an episode of The Rookie, Holley brings a strong sense of family and positivity into everything she does.

Alicia describes herself as a foodie who enjoys cooking, self-care days, and relaxing with a good book or movie. She is also a twin, which is something many people may not know.
Bringing an upbeat perspective to the team, Alicia says her motivation comes from a desire to grow personally and professionally.
“I strive to be a better person today than I was yesterday for myself and my family.”

Her favorite Mermet memory is attending a Spartanburgers baseball game with the Mermet crew. It was her first time at the field and a great chance to connect while cheering on the local team.
